RULES OF CONSTITUTION
The League shall be called the Kidderminster & District Saturday/Sunday Bowling League.
​
The Chairman & Secretary/Treasurer shall be elected annually they together with one member of each team will form the Delegates Committee.
​
The Annual General Meeting (A.G.M.) shall be held in the period January to March each year.
​
Voting at the A.G.M. shall be one vote per team and in the event of a tie, the Chairman to have the casting vote.
​
All notices of motion including alterations to Rules shall be properly forwarded to the Secretary in writing to be received no later than 30th November each year.
​
Applications for membership shall be open to teams whose greens are within a 20 miles radius of Kidderminster Town Centre subject to delegates acceptance.
​
The Annual Subscription to be decided at the A.G.M.
​
League fees to be paid on entry. All monies owing to the League must be paid by the A.G.M. No Club owing money will be allowed into the League.
​
All players to be bona-fide members of the Club.
​
Trophies must be returned to the Secretary by 31St AUGUST each year in a clean condition or teams will be fined £1.00 per day overdue.
​
If Teams or Clubs leave the League for any reason and owe monies to the League, it shall be the responsibility of the players to pay any outstanding monies before being allowed to play in the League again.
​
Teams not represented at Delegates meetings will be allowed one apology, thereafter will be fined £1.00 for each consecutive missed meeting cumulative. After 5 meetings are missed, in a season, 1 point will be deducted for each missed meeting thereafter.
​
Any matters not covered by the League rules shall be decided by the Delegates whose decision shall be final, providing the decision does not contravene any rules at the time.
